EASY OPERATION
By simply selecting the desired type of cycle, closing the door and pushing the start button, the autoclave automatically sterilizes the goods loaded, informing the operator when the cycle is complete.

TROUBLE-FREE DOOR OPERATION
By putting in a great deal of effort and attention to the complete door sealing and releasing system, Hospi have come up with a smooth operating trouble-free door gasket operation, eliminating the common “door will not open” and “door gasket popping out” problems. Lengthening the life of the door gasket considerably and preventing uncalled for "callouts".

  

SILENT OPERATION
The JSD 400 models are equipped with the highest quality vacuum pumps, which provide a rapid and deep vacuum in the chamber, to ensure that every load emerges sterile and dry.

The JSD 160 models are fitted with high quality silent ejectors to achieve the same vacuums and penetrations. Both the above systems are exceptionally quiet, which inturn enables the Hospi Autoclaves to be positioned close to theatres with no major noise interference.

CONTROL SYSTEM
There are mainly two types of controls used on the Hospi Autoclaves namely the traditional electromechanical logic's controls, or the more modern cutler hammer P.L.C. Both these systems are very reliable and offer trouble-free operation and minimal maintenance. The advantages of the P.L.C. control is as follows: Read out display unit; modern print-out of cycles; computer linkable; flexible configuration.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Improved jacket cladding, with less than 10% heatloss, which maintains the heat inside the jacket and chamber, improving energy consumption and keeping machine room temperatures lower.

PIPING
All piping and solenoid valves are carefully selected and placed to reduce unwanted condensation forming at strategic points of the piping network, thus insuring an increased and smoother steam flow, increasing operation efficiency.

STEAM GENERATOR
An automatic water filling system is used with 3x2 kw inceloy elements. To reduce lime build up and the accompanied problems there of, a water purifier and automatic blow down valve is optional on all steam generators supplied.

CHAMBER AND JACKET
The chamber is manufactured from high quality stainless steel and is code welded together with great precision and strength. Each chamber and jacket is pressure tested and receives a quality approved stamp mark and certificate.

AIR FILTRATION
The air intake is fitted with a high quality Dominic Hunt air filter insuring that no particles larger than a few microns can enter into the chamber after sterilisation has taken place.

INSTALLATION
All models can be fitted recessed and flush with any partitioning wall, with only the front of the Autoclave visible and the rear part of the Autoclave inside a service room. Another alternative is the cabinet model, which is fitted with removable side panels, enabling the Autoclave to stand directly in clean areas.

GUARANTEE
An unique five year guarantee is supplied on the workmanship of the chamber and jacket. Furthermore a one year guarantee is supplied on the complete Autoclave with a compulsory one year preventative maintenance contract.
